Step-1:- Download Fluid Simulation -

First you need to open Google Play Store and download an app called fluid simulation [as shown in the above image ], you may also click here to download the app directly from playstore.

Step-2:- Open the app - 

Now you need to open the app and follow further steps.

Step-3 Click on the circle -

Here you can play and experience the fluid wallpaper but if you want to set this as your phone's live wallpaper then you need to click on the white circle located on the top-left corner.

Step-4 Set wallpaper -

Now a menu will open up on the screen containing several options to change the style and settings of fluid wallpaper, you may change those settings according to your convenience else you may keep it unchanged. Now scroll down till the bottom, there you will find an option to set as wallpaper, click on it .Now you have successfully applied this wallpaper to your android phone.
